A journey through the spirit of French music, filled with sensuality, instrumental brilliance and poetic magic.

This concert brings together some of the most distinguished musicians on Barcelona’s classical music scene for an evening celebrating the rich colours of wind instruments and piano.

The programme combines the elegance and refinement of Debussy, Ravel and Ibert with the evocative sound world of influential contemporary composer Max Richter.

The concert culminates with two masterpieces by Francis Poulenc: the exquisite Sonata for Flute and Piano and the Sextet for Winds and Piano, a vibrant work bursting with energy, colour and Parisian spirit.

To complete the evening, the programme also features a movement from a work composed by Albert Guinovart himself for this sextet formation, inspired by the novels of Jules Verne.

A unique musical experience in the incomparable setting of the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site.
